Greetings from Vancouver Island! Help needed :)

Hello everyone,
I have been visiting this forum on and off for the past year and I figured it was time to get into the conversations. Last year I was on the Ideal Protein diet and I did very well on it. However, I was constantly dizzy, fatigued, and just sick feeling the entire time on it. I also HATE veggies so it was difficult to find ones I could tolerate. I recently went through a loss in my life and I gained back all of the weight that I had lost in the last year (about 50 pounds) :( I really need to get back into the weight loss groove but I do not know what way will work best for me. I am ADDICTED to sweet things, as well as Pepsi. I am definitely an emotional eater and I eat when I am bored as well. I also have vertigo so it is hard for me to exercise. I can handle yoga and low impact activities, but anything else makes me way too dizzy. If anyone has any ideas as to what weight loss lifestyle I should choose please let me know. Thank you! BTW I am only 19 so I really want to get my weight in control before it gets too out of hand.

maybe a better alternative to ideal protein would be something like South Beach. I myself have been on both and know that south beach is a happy medium if your looking for low carb and low fat. Weight watchers is a good plan if you happen to like sweets in your diet still and can handle carbs. It might help you out with portion control too if you have a tendency to binge.
