Hi everyone, need support!
 

hi everyone, im 28 & from the uk. i need to lose 60 pounds, i need all the help i can get, cause im very depressed at the moment & cant get out of this cirlcle, i desprately need to start a diet starting from today, any help would be welcomed, ps i would also like to have diet buddy :-)

Welcome! I think you will love 3FC. I know I do. It's so supportive.

Tickers become available to you ... I can't remember if it's based on how long you've been a member or on post count, but I think I got mine in about a month. That might be in the forum FAQ section.
