Hey everyone, im new here, my name is Zoe.

I'm a 23 year old mother of one. I live in Yorkshire, UK.

I lost 1st 4lbs just before Christmas but due to horrific family stress I put 2st back on over the Christmas period until now. I want to stick to my dieting now and I am one of these people who needs reassurance and people to talk to about it!

I am a member of slimming world but badly lacking motivation at the moment and my vice is anything sweet like chocolate and ice cream. I am hoping to get back on track and lose 4st to get to the weight ill be happy with.
