HELLO from Virginia!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone and do a quick intro:

I'm 28 years old and have three beautiful children. I currently stay home with them and run a home based business.

I'm looking forward to getting back into shape and being able to enjoy my babies!

Children are a great reason to get in shape! I don't have any myself, but when I do, ide like to be able to keep up with them. I wish you well on your jurney to getting fit!

Welcome! I am from Virginia also. I live in Sterling. I am 35 and have 3 girls. It is easy to get lost in your life but this site helps refocus on yourself.
