Hi Everyone :)

My name is Stayana, I am 29 years old. I am happy to be a part of this group.

I currently weigh 190 pounds (5'8) and I am trying to lose 45 pounds.

I started the gym last week Wednesday to get a more organized exercise plan. I do cardio & / aerobics for 45 mins atleast 4 mornings for the week. I do weights training for about 35 mins atleast 4 times per week.:carrot:

My diet is a little weak. I am not eating crazy foods, but I work so hard @ work that at times I forget to to have lunch :( Watching my calarie intake. Think I may need to up it a little from the maybe 1000 -1100 calories it is now.

I haven't lost any weight dont really feel smaller either.

What more can I do? please HELP ME!:?:

Hi, and welcome!
I honestly would suggest that you eat more. Too low of a caloric intake will only end up slowing down your weight loss in the long run.

Hi!
I'd second what HealthyTree says, 1000-1100 sounds too low even if you were doing zero exercise :).

It sounds like you should be at 1400-1500 cals per day per this calculator. You can play around with it based on your activity level. Also, MOST people underestimate their portion size so make sure you're using a kitchen scale. Good luck!

Hi everyone,

So my instructor sat me down to check out the issue and my calorie in take is between 1800 to 2000 per day is this ok considering how much I work out?
