Stress eater needs support.
 

:wave:, I am new here. I don't even remember how I found this site, but am so happy I did. I used to be a small person, but haven't been for 25 years. Last week after a stressor I caught myself in an unplanned drive through visit at Burger King. I got a small vanilla shake and some onion rings. I cannot stop this type of behavior alone. I miss the old me. I am 56 and do not want to finish out my years being embarrassed about my apple shape. I look forward to the support I have read here. Dawn

I totally feel you. I have a horrible addiction to fast food. I've found if I treat myself once, it enables me to binge again and again. I just can't have ANY. I'm coming off of a 2 week long binge right now and chugging lots of water to try to flush my system. Hang in there.
