Hi! My name is Lauren. Just recently decided to head back to school to get my Masters in Public Health. I'm already at a healthy weight and lead a fairly healthy lifestyle, but I know things are going to get hectic when school starts and I'll need all the support I can get!

Congratulations and good luck! Actually my days in grad school were some of my healthiest — because I didn't have any money! :) I learned a lot about cooking during that time. I didn't have a car, but buses were free for students, so there was lots of walking. It turned out walking was good for thinking, so I carried a little notebook along for writing down ideas and phrases that struck. Some of my best papers and thesis chapters were written that way.
