And so here I am for some support! I have been fighting extra weight ever since I was a child, sometimes I managed to lose a lot only to gain it in couple of years. But always I have been able to lose weight if I really wanted. Now since my baby twins were born, I have not been able to eat healthy, I compensate for lack of sleep with chocolate and it just really shows!!! So I really need to figure out how to maintain healthy lifestyle and lose weight while breastfeeding. I hate the fat woman I see in the mirror when I wake up - sho is she???
Please please tell me its possible to lose weight and like my body again...
