I joined a little while ago, and not sure if i introduced myself.
I am Jenny, mom to two kids and married to my best friend. I have been on a weightloss journey since having my first child, almost 13 years ago.
I was dx with PCOS, and its been a struggle.
Hope to find a nice place here.

I am new here too and cannot figure out where to even start really. Seems like I need to be either on a specific diet program or be in my 30's, 50's, 140's, or some other specific box...and cannot locate the appropriate one...

Hate being the newbie on these things...just feel like I am clueless......which I guess I am! lol

Oops...lol. With that said. I'm Allie. 47, 2 grown daughters (20 and 21), elderly mother living with me now since dad passed away (terrific Southern cook elderly mother...argh),awesome fiance, and 62 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight.

Hey AllieKat, welcome. Just jump in on any thread. There are some great ones for fitness, for age, and just in general every day threads. Are you just cutting calories?
