Think I'm gonna reach my goal this time!

Hi everyone,

I started on IP on 12 April. I have lost 16.5 lbs on this protocal the first 2 weeks. I lost 13.5 the first week:carrot:

I found this website by accident but am so glad I did. I have been reading the blogs and the thoughts, hopes and dreams of all of us trying to do the same thing, get healthy, and have a support system while doing it.

I look forward to the journey with you guys. I think I'm gonna reach my goal this time!
