When i moved down here, I just started walking again, 1-2miles each night, doing just dance with the kids, and workout videos found on YouTube, cut out sugars & soda, gotten better with what i eat. I need to join a gym, just haven't done it yet. I haven't done any "diets" to say, but I wouldn't mind taking suggestions.
It's not that I'm overweight, its all baby weight mostly.. I'm ready for a new healthier me though. After my last child last year, I got to 298, now at 258, I would LOVE to get back to 200, if not under. I'm also 5'11, if it matters.
