My name is Nadine. I live in SC. I am 36 years old. I have 3 kids (14, 12 and 6).

My goal is to get fit, be more energetic and eat healthy.

I am 4 weeks post op from having a tumor (benign) removed from the left side of my neck.

I need some suggestions in regards to losing weight, diet plans, supplements, and exercise.

I'm a fat girl in a little body.
