Gonna try AGAIN!
 
I just happened across this webpage on my quest for a weight loss program (jennie vs nutra). I decided to join "3 fat chicks" on my quest and also downloaded "I Love This Diet". Is anyone familiar with that program? Any feedback would be helpful.

Co-worker did it
 
I think my co-worker did that diet, she struggled with it a bit. I can ask her what her challenges were though. Good for you that you are making the change, awesome. I did 6 plus months ago and I am do 73 so far and still going. If I can, anyone can.

Wow, that's great weight loss! What is your general daily meal plan? And do you gave any cheat days?
