So im new here and I have been chubby all my life never skinny/healthy so I hope everything goes good and that I meet new buddies on here :)
I am calorie counting doing Zumba and want to start running Share id like to know what ur doing to get to ur goal My goal 80-100 pounds to loose Anything is possible :D |

Ditto on the always chubby, ditto on being in the 220's, ditto on the calorie counting, and ditto on the Zumba! :) Running and me however despise each other. LOL I've been here only a couple of months, but know it has been instrumental in my loss so far!! So jump on in!! :D |

:welcome3: Welcome to 3FC!!! Everyone is different, so make sure to check out as many forums as you can! I've tried numerous different things, but as I am a fan of number crunching, calorie counting has become my niche!!! I also walk a lot, and am progressing towards jogging. Good luck!!! |
Helllllooooooooooooo Good luck with losing weight. I need to lose loads too. Gonna have the proper weigh in on Sunday when hopefully the house will be Easter egg free!!!!!!!!!
