Just starting and serious about it
 

Hi! I'm just staring Medifast, again, but this time I am doing it with a vengeance. My goal is 60 pounds before I'm 55. I'm about 53 1/2 at the moment. My husband is doing Medifast with me, but doesn't want to lose as much.
This time I'm using what ever support methods that I can get, so I'm looking forward to learning from, visiting with, and mutually supporting the good folks here.
On day 2, by the way!!
