Hi, I'm new here, Just started Ideal Protein, almost 3 weeks ago. Already lost 11lbs! I'm gonna lose that baby weight, once and for all! I'm looking for a good chicken or pork recipe, to make with the Walden Farms Apple Butter sauce...also, I know we can have Rhubarb (YAY!) Does anyone have a yummy rhubarb crisp recipe, to be made with the IP restricted oatmeal packet?
