I'm back!
 

I've been on 3FC before when I was losing weight to prepare for some big surgery. I had my surgery a good while back, but it was really, really huge, I was in intensive care and all, I decided to try to mostly maintain while I was getting better.

I'm back on the weight loss road again, and have enough control over where my food is coming from to deal with it all, pretty close to being conscious and my medication is nearly on track, hurrah!

So I'm back to see if I can make it the rest of the way to my original goal weight this year, further surgery permitting *sigh*

Goal one - get back under the 25 BMI.
