Lost it and found it again
 

Hello everyone, I am new! Just looking for positive reinforcement and help this time. I have gained 70lbs in less than 2 years due to some health issues. I managed to lose 30 of it for my wedding last year but have gained it all back...I am starting over once again but this time I really want to make it happen and my goal is 90 lbs to lose. I look forward to hearing everyone's stories and ideas
