Hi all, My name is Hazyl, female, 24. I am currently slightly overweight where by my height is 160cm and 54kg. I am now aim to cut off 4kg to hit my target weight 50kg. I would like to get useful tips in this community and exchange my ideas with you all. Hope I can lose weight in short period of time and build up my confidence. :smug:

Welcome Hazyl!! Glad to have another positive person in the ranks. This place is great for keeping each other motivation and support, but there are recipes and all sorts of other stuff to look at.

Just quickly, what sort of method are you planning to use to help you lose?
