Hi, I'm Joil, I'm 30 and I live in California. I'm here because I really need support on my weight loss jurney. I am 205 lbs, 5' 5''.
My goal weight is 150 lbs and right now it feels like I will never get there.
I started Jenny Craig today. This is my first time on this diet. I really hope it works and I can be myself again.
I hope I can get great advice here on how to stay positive and focused.
So..here I go, maybe this time I will do this!!!
