Hello all!

Not a first timer to the 3fc boards. I dropped off the the earth about a year and a half ago and I haven't been able to make it back here since. I guess since this time I really am SERIOUS about losing this weight, and doing the south beach diet again, I figured I could use some support! Of course, it's always nice to see the personal journey of others on this board and draw strength from their successes as well! Anyway. That's about all. Happy Thursday everyone!
