So I decided to try and get around people losig weight so I dnt annoy people with all this weight loss n dieting talk because sometimes thats how i feel that I am.doing :) but hi my name is Lisa. I'm 25 and a mother of one lil very energetic. Almost 2yr old. I've also.been married almost 4yrs. I'm new to this forum thing but my friend told me to try it as its great for support! After I had my son I went ib birth control n pretty much my weight got out of control. I'm tried of using my pregnancy n bc as my excses for not losing weight! I had to push myaelf ro start somewhere so I joined lucille Roberts doing their zumba classes and then weight watchers. It has proven to work so far! I'm so happy that it has.because for so long I kept picturing being able to do this but not doing anything about it! I know that I've given time for everyone else but myself so its my time to do something for me. I started at 294lbs I'm currently @277. Although its not much I'm quite proud at Wat I've accomplished thus far and i hope with the support of my family friends and hopefully this forum I can get to where i want to be! Can't wait to meet some of the members! :)

Welcome! I'm also new here and I completely understand the feeling of annoying people with talking about weight loss :P . BTW 17lbs is NOT NOTHING!! You should proud of yourself for that :) . Also there are a lot of mothers here who have gained weight after giving birth, so I'm sure you going to find plenty of support on here. Good Luck!
