Newbie from Queens, NY
 

Hi Everyone, I'm from Queens NY and I've had weight issues since the day I came to America in 1991. I grew up in the Soviet Union when it was a starving so we really took a hit when we realized the food is 'unlimited' I battled with food issues from the age of 11 or so to today. I was diagnosed with diabetes and realized something had to be done even thought there was already too much damage. Over the course of 5 years I've lost, gained and lost 80lbs and now I've hit a plateau. I'm looking for some help and finally reaching out for support. I need someone for motivation and accountability and I hope to find it here.

To add I'm 31 years old right now and have no kids yet. My husband and I want to start having kids within the next 3 or 4 years.
