Hi everyone, within the past 5 years I've gained so much weight. I've tried working out, dieting and was never successful. After seeing how my weight has efffected my heatlth, I decided that I needed a lifestyle change. It took years to put the weight on and it will take time to come off. I'm not looking for a quick fix, I just want to live a healthier and better life
