Hello!

I just joined tonight. I look forward to coming back here often for support and advice on this journey I am about to begin. I need it badly!

I've been overweight my whole life and NOW is the time I need to really get serious about this. I'll be 40 this year and I want change, damn it. No more excuses! No more giving up!
