So my sister and I are both losing weight together and we have both starting using this forum as a place to get support and motivation while losing weight. Im excited to lose weight I was a addict for many years and thats the only way Ive ever lost weight so this is a big step for me to after 5yrs of being sober to finally be able to take this last strong step and return to my weight loss goal without drugs! Im very excited and ready to conqueer this final step for myself and my family!

Thank you all for your support and yes this should be a piece of cake its been harder thatn I thought but Im going to do it because I have to there is no fail this time i will show everyone including and expecially my self that I can do this.
