62 lbs gone, baby gone!!
I started my healthy lifestyle January 1st, 1200 calories, under 15 grams of fat a day, and working out everyday for an hour, I weighed in on Jan 1st at 294.4 and today I was at 232.4, I still have a way to go but in just 12 weeks I have lost 62lbs!!! :) I am only 26 years old, I have 2 beautiful daughters 3 and 1, and a very supportive husband, I can't wait to hit my final goal weight of 150lbs, and maybe more!! :)
