New here...End of 1st week on Medifast

Hello everyone!

I am new to the site. I have just finished my first week of Medifast and I am down 4 lbs. I am very excited to be on the program. I decided to join here for some information and support. I have tried other diet programs only to fail. Failure is no longer an option for me. Looking forward to getting to know everyone! On to week 2!!!:carrot:
