First day - type 2 diabetes and in UK
 

Hi All,

It's my first day here, I'm hoping to have some support in sticking to my sensible low GI plan. I've had type 2 diabetes since my mid thirties and I've done really well - I still have hairy toes:carrot:! But over the last year I've lost my job and gone to self employed and it's been harder to stick to the diet and exercise routine, I've put on about 10 kilos which isn't good:devil:. Anyone out there from the UK or anywhere else with type 2?
