Hello,

I am brand new to this site. Still trying to understand how it all works. I have been on my weight loss journey for about 7 weeks and have lost 30 lbs. I am enrolled in Kaiser weight loss management program. Amazing program. I am looking for an outlet to write about my experience. I would also like to meet friends going through the same journey. I have about 70 more lbs to loose in order to be at my goal weight of 165. It has been tough, but I know I can do it. Would love to hear some of your stories. ;)
