I'm new here :o)
Hi, I'm Mimi and just starting out here. My goal is to get down to 160# from my current wt, 184#. From there I will either continue or stop, depends on how things go. I am a busy RN, two kids at home (ages 18 and 4!!) and go to school full time. Because of my crazy schedule I have decided to try the Wonderslim diet. I have heard good things and want to give my weight loss a "kick start."
Any suggestions would be wonderful! |
I'm not familiar with Wonderslim, but I do love the freedom of calorie counting. Welcome to 3fc!

:welcome: MIMI ~ well, you have a plan and sounds like you are very busy; and as a nurse, you are on your feet all day, so you already get lots of exercise. Your goal is very doable; so good luck with that ... :D
