New to this :)

Hi everyone

My name is Abbie and I'm new to all this. I have never been on a diet before(i'm only 22).
This week I am going to start with the Pronokal diet, I have been hearing positive things about it so I sure hope it helps !
I'll post my progress along the way on this forum :)
