Default Summer Breeze
Hi from Maryland.

Hello Everyone. My name is Somer and this is my second time on Medifast. The first time was much easier to me and I saw instant results. Now...this is the second time appears to be much harder. Any help/guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I'm with theox - I don't know much about it either. I'm sure if you look around you will find information on it and the support you need to succeed
