45 pounds to lose in NC

Hey ya'll! I'm Megan, mother of 2 boys and I have 45 lbs to lose. The sad part is that I gained it all since Nov of last year. :( I'm going the weight loss shake route so anyone seeing results, let me know how it's going for you. Glad to be here!

Hey Megan! That's ok, don't be discouraged!! I went to college and gained not the freshman 15- but the freshman 60 :(!!! Now I am below my high school weight and still losing :). What has worked for me is counting calories and exercising. It has been quite the journey so far, but it is far from impossible. You can do it! :D
