New to the site!
 

Hey all! Just wanted to do a quick intro of myself.
My name is Sam, I am from Newfoundland Canada but living in Edmonton AB right now.
I have struggled with my weight for YEARS. September 17th 2011 I walked into WW. As of this last weigh in I am down 34.6 pounds :) My goal is to be at 150 and im 33.4 pounds away from that.
I am getting married in September and im so happy with my progress.
I look forward to hearing all about everyones weight loss journeys and sharing my success with all of you.

Sam, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans such, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!

:welcome: SAM ~ Wow, you are doing great already; congrats on the upcoming wedding -- you're gonna feel so great by then! Take a look around, we have lots of great stuff here; and the people are super supportive ... enjoy yourself!
