Hello. I'm on my second week of the SBD Phase 1. I lost 5 lbs the first week. Its a small step, but I'm going to take it one day at a time. I'm having fun finding and making new recipes. I do have to admit, I am getting just a little tired of eggs :-)
I've been a large lady all my life. I'll never be thin, but all I really want is to be healthy.
Sactolady, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans such as South Beach, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
