New chick on IP
 
Hi everyone,

I started Ideal Protein last Thursday. I'm down 5.5 lbs already. Like so many people, I have tried EVERY Diet out there...but I believe this will be my LAST diet.

CONGRATS! I started IP the same day as you. Trying not to look at the scale until official weigh in, but I can tell I'm losing!!

Yay! Congratulations and you are going to love the results. You will be amazed of the results you'll see. I have done many diets and never have I seen these kinds of results---I now understand why "THE LAST DIET"

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Have dropped my blood sugar from 414 down to 127...in just 12 days!!!! That is more important than the lbs lost.

I know better than to weigh every day...but like a naughty child...I can't seem to help myself. Trouble is, if I'm up, I get bummed and think I need to change something. But since I am on program, there is nothing to change. I guess I just need to chill and enjoy the process.
