New Here...Hoping To Find The Support I Need
 

Hello all,Im Miracle.Im a 27 year old mother of 2 fine young men.I just happened up on this site and I am happy I did.I currently weigh 255lbs and Im 5'9.I so desperately want to get back down to at least 200lbs to even begin to feel confident again.I hope to find support here because I have tried so many things only to fall off for lack of motivation...Thank everyone.

Hi Miracle! I'm SO glad you found this board! It's a wonderful source of support and information. Do you have a plan that you will follow? I think it's important to figure out what you can handle and take the steps to get there. I know how hard it is to feel confident and good in your skin when you aren't where you want to be. Just hang in there and it will happen. It may take some time...more time than you imagine...but if you just stick with it, you'll get there! :) I hope to hear all about your journey. :)
