Hey everybody. My friend told me that her mom swears by this site and that it helped her get motivated to lose weight several years ago.

So here I am. I think that I've got some pretty realistic goals, but wanted some help understanding the best way to get there. So I'm prolly gonna lurk for a bit cuz thats my style :)
