New here and new to weight loss!

Hi! My name's Jess and I'm new, as my title says. I'm 17 and need to lose some weight! I hope to find some sort of support system on this website considering that I'm completely clueless as to how to lose weight. I can't wait to meet you guys!

Hi Jess, welcome! This is definitely the place to find support! There are many different ways to lose weight, as you'll learn here :) as for me, I use exercise and calorie counting. Congrats on getting started!
