I have to say...I'm still hungry on this diet. So, it's a little discouraging. But I have a six week plan and hope to make it work for me.
I'm thrillied to be on day 11 because now I can eat more of a variety of foods. My biggest objection is the protein portion in some food categories. On Quick weight loss you could eat 6 oz. of Chicken as opposed to the 4 oz. w/ MRC I wasn't nearly as hungry.
Anyway...thanks for this message board and community. I'm looking forward to chatting with all of you!
