Hi everyone. I'm Tina and new to the forum. I had reached my goal weight a few years ago but sadly gained it all back. I am a binge eater. Thankfully I am finding that I have a bit of "muscle memory" so getting back into my workouts has been a bit easier than when I first started exercise. I currently weight 185 and have a goal of 115. That's 70 pounds....yikes! I did it once and I know I can do it again. I would love a weight loss buddy to help keep me accountable. Anyway, nice to meet you all and best wishes for your goals!
Tina, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the Regainers Relosing thread in the 100lb Club.
