looking for pancake recipe using cereal IP
 

Hi everyone, I am Boomer. On day 8 of IP and have lost 7.5 lbs and 4 inches! Is that good! Loving this diet, so ready to go on it! I just love to make stir fry vegys. TIred of salads. My husband doesn' like dressing. He wants something good and is cheating with 1000 Islands. Is there a creamy dressing that is good for him on this diet as he is doing the IP with me. I am from Canada. I have about 50 lbs. to lose and am soooo missing my toast and peanut butter!
