Hi there! I have been dieting on and off for the past ten years, trying everything in the book, but never managing to stick with it. But if I don't get right back up and try again, I'll never get the weight off and be healthy.
I am turning 30 late this year. I feel like I have wasted my 20s yo-yoing between 200 pounds, where I feel okay in my skin, and 250, where I am constantly sick and miserable. I am sick of thinking about food all the time, sick of binges, sick of deciding it is easier to give up.
For my birthday this November, I feel like I would give anything to reach my goal weight of 180 pounds, but I will settle for maintaining around 200 as long as I am healthier and stronger than I am now.
