man vs woman on the IP diet
 

Hello everyone, Well its time in my life to lose weight. I started the IP diet last Sat...My husband also is doin it....he has lost way more weight than I have, so now Im feeling discouraged. Also having bloat and constipation, as to where he poos all the time..its justnot fair how different men and womens bodies work.

Welcome. You're right, it's not fair. Do your best and stick with it. You'll catch up.

Don't compare yourself to him. Men do lose weight with ONE POOP! Going through that with my hubby as well, but I got him beat ONLY cuz he has cheated .. haha!
Keep up what you're doing, if you're losing, you're doing the right thing.
