Hello, my name is Christina. I am 25 and after college, my weight kept going up. I am currently 174 and 5"3'. I just joined WW and I started Chalean Extreme yesterday. Any advice you can give me would be great.
Keep your head up and remember your goal! This is a great place for motivation & support. Find a couple of groups like "20-somethings" and check the WW boards for more people who are doing the same plan as you! Enjoy it!
