Hey everyone

I'm Claire and I'm 22... and I want to lose about 25-30lbs. I'm 146lbs at the minute which is too much for my 5ft2in frame! My main weaknesses are carbs and the occasional dark chocolate... I was just about to finish my third carb-free day today until I discovered some leftover chocolate, so I've kind of messed today up. So I need some help staying on the bread and pasta wagon! I've been sticking to lean meat and dark green veggies so far, and I exercise fairly often. I'm looking forward to meeting all of you
