Just starting my journey...
 

Hi! I just formally started my weight loss journey today... signed on with Herbal Magic... I tried desperately not to have to go that route but i was just not in the right place to do it all on my own.
I stumbled across this site looking for recipes as i'm at a total loss on what my day is going to look like tomorrow for food choices. :o

If you put 'herbal magic' in the search portion of the tool bar, you'll find others with whom you may indentify.

On a personal note ... I'm not sure going to a clinic and/or spending money on weight loss support is necessarily a bad thing. I know they teach you how to shop and eat etc. And can't we all use all the support we can get?

As long as you grow to learn that you are the worker here. It's not about the magic in the herbals ... it's about the magic in the growth within you.

SugarDiva, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!

I was on Herbal Magic for 2 years, lost 50+ pounds and now I have been off of it since April, so 10 months and 20 pounds have creeped back on, so have pulled my planners out and am going to attempt to loose this poundage with out the added pills...I am looking for all the hel I can get.
