Newbie here

hello all, I'm a married mama of 4 girls ages 13,10,6 & 3 we are a homeschooling family in OH. I habe been overweight for 13 years and it's time to cut the fat. I started activly dieting on 1/5/12 and have lost 9.7 pounds so far :carrot:Looking forward to getting to know you all :D

Crawlil, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
