I did very well, losing over 50 lbs to conceive our second baby (after 2 years of what I believe was secondary infertility due to my weight). Then, I gained most of it back during pregnancy but I had an amazingly healthy pregnancy and second home birth woot!
After the baby was born and before the holidays hit, I got back on track, losing 19lbs -- then ugh... that stretch between Halloween and the New Year is brutal...so I gained 9lbs back
. Oh well, focusing on the 10 I actually kept off and moving onward and upward. 
I need to lose well over 100lbs, but I'm aiming for smaller, more attainable goals instead of seeing that gigantic number. My birthday is at the end of May so I want to lose 35 by 35 (hence the user name). Then, go from there.
I'm focusing on low-moderate carb, all natural whole foods, no meat except fish, healthy fats, and moving of course.
